Return, Refund / Cancellation Policy
- Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed
- We will accept cancellation before start stitching/cutting cloth
- We will not return any order due to buyer fault or after washing.
- We will refund your money if
- Material damage/different brand/size entire different from order.
- We will refund, if your order style and measurements are different from you provided. We add essential industry standard allowances when making your products. We add ½ inch to the neck and 1 inch to the sleeve measurements you provide, for shrinkage allowances. We add 6, 7 or 8 inches to the chest depending on the type of fit you have chosen for movement and flexibility. The finished products will reflect these allowances.
- Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
- Readymade items such as Inner Wear, Under Wear and other dress accessories will not return after unpacking.
